Sorry if this has come up before. I'm seeing Norton AV frequently popup to
tell me it is scanning wuredir.cab.bak. I think this file is related to
Windows Update. Is there a way to prevent this? Or is it normal?
Thanks |

Thanks. I had checked Google and found the suggested 6 step solution which I
assume is what you are pointing me to. Being of a nervous disposition I was
reluctant to dive straight in and do it on the basis that there seemed some
doubt as to whether or not it was effective. Anyway, I've done it now, so I
hope it will do the trick.
