Greetings,
There is one, but it's for private beta testers and not publicly accessible. However, there
is a dedicated MSN Messenger group, which you can find here:
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.msn.messenger
This is however, the group for any [Microsoft] Messenger client that runs on Windows XP, so
this includes MSN Messenger 7 beta.
