When I captured my DV video at the "Video for local playback (NTSC) 2.1
M/sec", there is a blurry band at the top of the video. How can I get rid of
this?

Actually, the band is there even when capturing at DV-AVI setting. Anyone
know what could be wrong? Is it because I recorded in LP mode on my
camcorder?

Have you tried a recording at normal speed to see if that works????
