Does anyone know if the QFE's (for patching units with DUA) published in
December are for SP1 or SP2 or either?

Paul,

The QFE's published in December 2003, were for SP1, and were rolled into
SP2... that is to say, if you are using SP2, they are already installed as a
component of SP2... I did not see any QFE's published in 2004, unless you
are referring to the 4 that were released for install with the Desktop QFE
installer... they are for Post SP2, and for SP1...
