I can't get into my task manager. When I press con+alt+del It says "task
manager has been disabled by your administrator." Nobody else uses my
computer but me. Anybody know how I get it working again.

Try this, go to the following site:
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm, scroll to line 51 and click
"Enable the Task Manager" in the right column.

If you don't recall settings the restrictions yourself, this may be due to a malware activity. Follow the complete malware removal advice provided by MVP James Eshelman in his site below:
