Running XP SP2 (slipstreamed into clean install) and am having the exact
problem described in
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;834462. However,
that article and the article listing the fixes in SP2 state that the problem
is fixed in SP2. Not for me.

I have obtained the hotfix referenced in 833462 to see if using that file
will resolve the problem but the hotfix will not install as I already have
SP2.

Can someone help? Either for installing the hotfix or for the problem
referenced by the article under SP2.
