I'm trying to make a vcd on a cd from a Movie Maker file.
From Movie maker2 i saved the file as AVI
I opened the AVI file in TMPGEnc & made a mpeg file.
When i opened EASYVCD & browsed IMPUT i dont see the mpeg
file because it is
looking for an Easy vcd info file.EVT, what am i doing wrong?
Can you walk me through it?
Maybe i did'nt save it right.
It also trys to save a template file which i dont understand.

Hello,

There is a fairly good source of information...its called the help file....run
your program and click on Help. You will have to read it though.

hello,

I no longer have Easy DVD on my system but I am fairly certain that the help
file gave a good account of how to create a VCD

What version are you using? and is the file you want to import in the correct
format for that version of the program?

try and remember to dig it out in the morning...but as I said earlier...I am
sure the full procedure is in the help file.

Easyvcd only looks for EVT file in imput.
The help files don't show anything about EVT

Hello,

Well it sounds as though the program is not functioning as intended then. The
file extension you referred to is definitely NOT an extension used on any usual
video or audio file. I just did a quick look for the manual...and I can only
find the dvd box and original disk....no manual.

I should go through the steps needed to remove the software and then re-install
it. If this does not help I would get in touch with Roxio support for further
guidance
