XP or XP Pro ???? |

I purchased a Dell with XP pro. Running a system info check, the response
reads "Microsoft Windows XP Professional" (version 5.1.2600). However at
boot-up, the screen only reads "Microsoft Windows XP" (with the word
"Professional" no where to be found. Other XP Pro machines display the word
"Professional" on the screen at boot up. Anyone know if I got taken or any
other system check that would verify if I have "XP home" or "XP pro" actually
installed? |

XP Pro and XP Home both have the same splash screen since the introduction
of SP2.. any computer that you see displaying Home or Professional has not
yet been SP2'ed.. you have not been taken..
