Printer error WIN XP/DOS |

I have Win Xp, when I run my DOS apllication for POS i have problem with
print (DOT-MATRIX printer/LPT) evrry time when I wont print a "bill" I need
to exit from program and then printer print to paper, Whi he can do this
directly from program, in other OS this work normaly. Thanx in advance |

Thanx for the link, but I understand a few things, if you can plese mail me
step by step how to configure this.
This is the way how I do...
1.) Go to printer, find it (EPSON-FX 1050)... and just rename it in "EPSON"
cause dos know only 8 first leters
2.) Share preinter and give name "EPSON"
3. Go to COMMAND PROMP LINE and type
net use lpt1: \\PC\Epson /persistent:yes
PC (my comp. name) EPSON(printer share
name) and ENTER
4.) After this command comp. wrote THE COMMAND COMPLETED SUCCESSFULLY
5.) I run my aplication, and nothing
My mail is "duck_west_side@yahoo.com" you can send a print-screen pictures
how you dit this.
