I have discovered tha 99% of the programs I have installed do NOT appear in
the Install / Uninstall Programs area.

Any idea how to resolve this?

Go to www.winxptutor.com and look for an article: Some applications is
Add/Remove Programs list are missing Change and Remove buttons
