Hello, I wish to temp disable Msn and windows messager. I know the
ports they are useing 1863 or 80 if 1863 is blocked. Is there anyway
to prevent the switch. Or block MSN traffic only?

Greetings Woofcat,

It depends what router in question you're using. If you can block outgoing connections to
*.msgr.hotmail.com, you should be able to stop it.
