Should I block this file from accessing the Internet?
C:\WINDOWS\system32\wbem\wmiprvse.exe

P.S. I have a Dell if that helps!

This is a legitimate system file and is in the right place. Here is a
link explaining it:

http://www.neuber.com/taskmanager/process/wmiprvse.exe.html

Make sure you have a current version (not earlier than 2003) antivirus
installed using updated definitions.
