I have Dell4600 with USB 2.0 capability. When I connect the cable to port 1,
I got a consistent high speed result using USB View but when transffered to
another port, I got inconsistency, like an icon in the lower right corner
saying "Not Recognized". I am not very much familiar with the mounting of
USB port in the motherboard, but why does USB ports do not have a consistent
result? What do you think causes this problem? When USB 2.0 driver is
installed, does it mean all ports are suppose to be 2.0 compliant?
