Hi,

I have a card reader preinstalled on my computer which accepts all types of
portable memory, and just recently i have discovered it takes the sony memory
stick.

When i chose to remove the stick, i opted for safely removing drives I & J
(the memory reader) and it seems to have removed the actual drives and not
just stopping the access so i can remove them.

Upon putting in a new memory stick, my computer fails to read it and the
drives no longer feature in my computer.

Please help

Andrew Hart

P.s if it helps, i have gone to the Computer management (Local) and in it
there is mass storage device but with a yellow exclamation and it says it
has been safely removed but not removed from the computer. how can i reattach
if it is part of the computer
