I believe my windows installer (msiexec.exe) is corrupt. I cannot install or
uninstall some programs. Does anyone know how to correct the file? Icannot
find the file on Microsoft's website. I am using SP1 and I see a file made
for SP2. I tried SP2 with pretty bad results and do not want to reinstall it
on my system.
