volume icon in the taskbar |

Happy new year!
I can't place the volume icon in the taskbar.
Everything looks OK, and I confirmed selecting 'Place volume icon in the
taskbar' on the 'Sound and Audio Device Properties' of control panel.
but volum icon doesn't appear.
I don't know what can I do, now. Somebody help me.

David,
A quick suggestion before any investigation on the sound stack:
- check if you set "Show Notifications on Task bar" option in the "User Interface Core" component's settings
- add "Tray Icon Add/Remove Support" component

Ok, Thanks
I searched and found similar symptom from here, and "Show Notifications on
Task bar" was also not selected in my case.
