I got the information for the message board that there was a hotfix for this
problem, but when I go to get support, they say I have to pay $35.00!!! How
do I get around this and have a tech send me the hotfix??? Article ID #884573:

"The new task has been created, but may not run because the account
information could not be set. The specific error is: 0x80070005: Access is
denied. Try using the Task page Browse button to locate application.

The article gives a workaround, telling me to type GPEDIT.msc in the run
screen, but it responds with "file not found" What next????
