Every time i press F1 to open the Support Center, Windows security blocks it.
At the top of this message it says "Data Execution Prevention-Microsoft
Windows." Then it says "To help protect your computer, Windows has closed
this program." it closed microsoft support center (it also does this with
many other things). At the bottom of this message is a button that says "what
should i do?" Clicking this makes security also block it (which is stupid..)
How can i turn this security blocking off? I have already tried turning my
firewalls off. I also believe this blocking is stopping me from installing
other programs.

Start with the following:
Make sure your antivirus application is up to date and run a scan on your
system. Also, make sure you have no malware on your system, download,
install and run Ad Aware:
