User access rights to log on to the ISP |

I have set up Windows XP on my home computer and I have many family users. I
found out that when someone elses user is set up as administrator, they can
access the ISP Dialer to get onto the internet, but when they are set up as
anything other than administrator, nothing happens. I tried to go into the
administrator tools available but there are so many areas to affect. I don't
want everybody to be set up as administrator. Can anyone help that has delt
with this problem? |
