Cant do it
doesnt appear in remove programs...
When I go to programs from start menu...I click quicken...then click
UNINSTALL...blinks for a split second but will not uninstall it.

Jeffrey, try doing it from Safe Mode.

Usually if you reinstall the program, you can then uninstall it from
Add/Remove.
