I am using Windows XP Home. I am the administrator of my computer. There
are 2 other users. One is a limited user and the other is also an
administrator. The other users can get into IE just fine. I used to be able
to, but now when I click on the icon, nothing happens. If I right click on
it and "Run As" one of the other users, I am able to open and access the web,
but of course none of my favorites are there.
Take into consideration, this all happened shortly after upgrading from
Norton Internet Security 2004 to 2005. However, even when I disable it, I
still can not open IE.
Can anyone tell me what may have happened and how I can correct it?
