Audio CD won't play with iTunes Player |

I'm baffled. Having assisted several people over Xmas with the installation
and use of Mini iPod's and the Apple iTunes software, I've found one that
isn't working.
As with all the others, everything installed without exceptions or errros:
however when attempting to play an audio CD one can only hear a 'clicking'
sound from the sdpeakers. If one attempts to 'import' and convert to MP4,
then the clicking is all that is transferred.
Using Windows Media Player, the sound is just as one would expect.
Does anyone have more experience with iTunes and knw what may be the 'fix'? |
