need to add light to a movie i have made |

made a never to be done again short movie of a 1st birthday party
BUT
I did not have much light when filmed, it looked ok on the camera flip
screen when I filmed it, but on play back it is a bit dark, not black dark
just not enough light, I can freeze frame and take a snap shot and add light
to the photo.
how can I add light to a movie?
I have Microsoft producer and movie maker xp. but can not find a way to do
this, unless I am looking in the wrong place.
hope someone can help me.

In MovieMaker 2, there is a Brightness effect you can add to a video clip.
Just go to Tools...Video Effects and find Brightness, Increase. You can then
drag it down to your clipn on the timeline, storyboard. If desired you can
drag it down multiple times to the same clip if you need to increase the
brightness further.
