Computer restarts (continuiously) regardless of mode |
|
|
I have a friend.
Computer keeps restarting just before windows is prepared to come up. No
errors. It is a hp, the windowx xp logo comes up with the blue bar that
scans back and forth, then shutdown and restarts.
Tried safe mode and it is the same effect. Tried to get into the recovery
console, but can't get to a D: prompt to run a chkdsk?
Would this be a virus.
If you leave it, will keep restarting, have to hit the power button. |
