Client laptop. Client updated to SP2 without cleaning out T.V. Media. Get's
STOP ERROR c0000135.
MS Article ID 885523 instructs to boot to Recovery Console. However, when I
type "R" to enter rcovery console, it re-boots.
Client has critial data and, of course, no backup.

Any suggestions?
