I have a Speedtouch 510 with UPnP. I've found I can not use Messenger's
webcam features and I think I need to open recent ports (?) but don't no
which.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Greetings,

You do not need to "open ports", that's the whole purpose of UPnP. Which 'Messenger' are you
referring to?

MSN Messenger 6.2

When I try to uses webcam features, it freezes for about 20 seconds and then
fails to connect. Using Messenger via my ADSL modem (ie without the
router), the features work fine.

I have a Speedtouch 510. Looking on the net many people have same problem
and seems to occur after installing SP2 - I realise that it may be nothing
to do with Messenger and a problem with the router, but any help would be
useful,

I can't always access the router via Telnet with UPnP turned on!?!

Thanks.
