I have LCS deployed internally and we all can IM each other. I would love
to enable customers to IM the support staff by use of a gateway, but many of
our customers are not allowed this type of communication.

Does anyone know of an IM gateway that might allow us to use a web page or
browser plugin or some other method to allow them to IM our support staff?
