Questions I need help with !! |

1. I am unsure of what that bar is at the bottom of the screen. When I
had WinME I could put IE, OE, and Media player icon in the area just to
the right of the Start Button on the left hand of the screen. It was
easy, you didn't have to open the start to access those items just
click on the icons and they opened. How do I put them in that area and
what is that area called? Is the taskbar the icons on the far right of
the bottom of the screen?
2. How do I search history of user? In past on the old OS I could
access their username files and under their history I could open
folders/files and see what type of sites they were accessing. I am not
wanting 100% monitoring. Yes, I am the parent of a young teen. I
cannot stand over their shoulder the entire time they are online. Can
I do this with WinXp or do I have to get cough up bucks for a program
for the ability to check what they have been accessing. Thanks for
