Null START Tree |
|
|
Have successfully installed WinXPe on compact flash with one problem
remaining. Login screen shows "Administrator" and "My Users". Login as
either, click START, see only Log-off and Shut-down options. CTRL+ALT+DEL
gets Task Manager, and through that can start Explorer and reach everything
else, including Control Panel.
What have I done wrong to get null START tree?
Thanks. |

Frank,
Tweak "User Interface Core" component settings in TD.
Add "Standard Start Menu Shortcuts" component.

Bingo! My version of TD does not show "Standard Start Menu Shortcuts", but I
was able to enable all the needed menu items (All Programs, Control Panel,
etc.), and that did the trick. Many thanks.
