ActiveX Control isn't loading |

I have SBS2003 with Remote Web Workplace setup.
When users try to access their office desktop they get (depending on the
computer that they are using) an error stating that the RWW requires teh MS
RDC activeX control. Your brower's security settings may be prevenig you
from downloading etc...
Is there certain operating systems that will work and some that won't?
I use an WinXP laptop and have no problem. I tried it on a Win95 and
removed all of the security restrictions and it still gets that message.
