Remote Desktop and DirectX Conflict |

Last night I had occasion to use Remote Desktop to access a remote XP machine
running a DirectX application. I got the Logon screen without a problem but
as soon as I logged in the remote system issued an 'Exception in .NET'
followed by a message box full of messages indicating a problem with DirectX.
At this point the remote machine DirectX app was crashed and the Remote
Desktop connection was in limbo. A disconnect was required on the client
machine and eventually a reboot was required on the remote machine.
Is there some intrinsic incompatibilty between DirectX and Remote Desktop?
If so when can we expect a correction. |
