Somehow I have a a virus related to this .exe program in my
programfiles/commonfiles folder.
I am using PC-cillin and I am not able to clean or quarantine the virus. I
have also tried to delete the exe file and i cannot do that either.
Any suggestions?

Hi,
SearchUpgrader.exe is adware related hijacker.

Download and install the free Adaware SE from
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/support/download
Update the program prior running a scan. You can also run Ad-aware scan in
safe mode.
