Can anyone help. SInce I installed SP2 I am unable to open Microsoft
applications from the desktop, Explorer, Excel, Word, etc. When I click on
the icon I get the following:

Windows can not access the specific device, path, or file. You may not have
the appropriate permission to access the item.

Can anyone help me fix this issue. Everything still works fine from the
Start Menue.
