MSN messenger voice problems |

Hi . I'm having problems with msn messenger ver6.2 . When I
connect , people I speak with are having problems hearing
me because of "lag " & voice breaking . Any file transfers
attempted take much longer than they used to before upgrade
to SP2 on XP Home . I can use a few other voice chat
programs without difficulty . I'm using XP home , dial-up
connection , IE.6 , Zonealarm Firewall (personal)set to
medium & Nortons AV 2003 . Got some suggestions from MSN
Help but none did the job . Also tried QOS removal but no
luck there either . People I attempt to talk with have
similar setup but using ADSL . Would appreciate any
suggestions or help please ?
PS : I'm definitely no 'Techie' with PC's :) |
