I had my user profile was under private so no other user can access my files. Unfortunately, Dell had me reinstall windows, so now I can't seem to access the username. It is still in documents and settings, but it can't be accessed or used to login. Does anyone know who to gain access to the username? Thanks

What version Xp are you using home or professional?
