I am having trouble setting up remote assistance. Our network is all XP SP2 workstations with 2003 servers. I want to enable the "offer remote assistance" functionality, but I can only get it to work from a workstation to the servers or from a server to another server, but not from a workstation to another workstation or from a server to a workstation. We have firewalls set to disable, I have enabledd the offer remote assistance with the appropriate "helper" accounts. When I try to offer remote assistance to a workstation it finds the workstation, allows me to select the "start remote assistance" button, then the screen appears that says "waiting for an answer". The offer never appears on the other workstation, though.
Any ideas?
