Okay, so here is whats going on. I just got a SAMSUNG D807 and it seems to be in good shape.
The only problem is trying to transfer music from the computer to the phone. Now I also baught the Music bundle which comes with the headset, USB data cable, and the software CD. I installed the Software just fine and the headsets seems to work. Then when I go to plug in the USB cable, the computer makes the noise that tells me that the phone is connected, yet the software says its not connected. So I ran a USB test and it tells me thats there is a failure, something about MB152-UI.
Now, I'm not too sharp with computers, before all this I didn't even know what USB was. I tried alot of things but nothing seems to be working well.
Please help, I'm so confused with all of this.
