So I figure I want to strip my HD pretty much. Problem is I have no XP discs, so I can reformat it. Not really sure what my option is then. I basically went through and removed all the useless programs I didn't see myself using and deleted a whole bunch of files but it doesn't even seem like I made a dent into the available space on my HD. Any ideas? I feel like I must be missing something.

I don't think there are other options available. Did you empty your recycle bin, by any chance?
