I have windows Xp SP2. I have been hearing about how illegal copies of XP are geting some genuine activation thing if the copie is illegal.
If i update will i get this message?
Or do you only get the message when you update for example from SP1 to SP2?
Or can you get it from just updating with microsoft?
I am not sure if i have a legal copie. Since i baught my computer from a yard sale.
If i do have an illegal copie i do not want to get the genuine activation thing.
