I have a website on Geocities, http://www.lymphland.com

I made my first photostory 3.1 slideshow/movie and I want to add it on my site but I don't have a clue! I added the move to photobucket and thought maybe I could link it to my site but I can't seem to figure it out, I need a player and tried to make a code with my generator 2.5 but nothing is working.

any ideas of how I can put my work on my site is very much appreciated!
