I need to uninstall KB911567. It does not appear in my "Add/Remove" programs list, even with the "Show Updates" blocked checked. I'm running Windows XP and current with all updates including SP2. Interestingly, SP1 does not appear in my list of programs though I think I added that too - and automatic updates doesn't pick it up.
I've been told that there is a program for system administrators called Spuninst.exe but don't know how to run it or anything else about it, so I'm pretty gun-shy about trying, lest I really mess up my operating system.
I'm told that this patch is the one preventing me from sending documents from within Word and preventing me from sending images from within Photoshop Elements.
Help with uninstalling this would be appreciated.
