it show that i am down loading but it dose not save to the desktop or anywhere else, it won't run. it show that it is downloading but it dose not!!~what is up Evil or Very Mad

yes for the past week or so, i have tryed to restore to a date that i knew it worked but it won't, so i am Evil or Very Mad what can you suggest to make me Very Happy

Downloading in Internet explorer has a rediculous amount of errors and problems.. I'm guessing you start your download and it may work for a few seconds and just sort of hang there as if waiting for a reminder on what it was supposed to be doing.

The answer in fixing this is simple but blunt.. Don't use internet explorer. I reccommend useing Mozilla firefox myself. Your downloads will be stable and you will likely notice a speed increase in download speed.
