I have Windows Meida 10, I'm able to rip CD's but when I hook up my Sandisk Sansa M30 Mp3 player it says "unable to detect device". The USB cable is fine because when I hook up my digital camera there is no problem. Are there some drivers I'm suppose to download or is there something I need to set up somewhere else?
