Why is it when you buy a dell and pay for the os, which is media center, you don't get the cd????? They put sooo much stuff on your comp. it is slow from the start. I just want to clean my system out and start fresh. When I try to use my own copy of pro edition I get the blue screen with the pci.sys error on it. HELP PLEASE
