Video Application Failure with MCE & Xbox360 - Any Advic |

Hey Guys, hoping someone can help me out.
Everything was working fine until today, I went to play a video on my 360 through MCE and it gave me an Application Failure (A critical media center process has failed. Please restart the computer and try again. If the problems persists, pls contact your hardware manufacturer),
MCE plays fine on my comp with all videos, it seems to be a problem with the extender. Anyone have advice. I unistalled mcafee and tried a new extender install and new install for the mce updates and still get same problem.
