this is the error i get when i start my computer

Error loadinging EGCOMSERVICE_1040.dll
the specified module could not be found

please help. I can exit it out and it goes away but i dont know what it is.
It doesnt do anything to my computer as far as i know. Question Confused

It should be spyware, try Ad-AwareSE or CWshredder, both are free.

have ran it many times and it is still there.
