anti vitus is turned off every time I reboot

I have tried to fix this by going to START-RUN-cmd and typing netsh winsock
reset

it worked for a day and now is happening again anyone have any ideas for me

"netsh winsock reset " will do NOTHING for AV software ! It was just a coincidence in a
previous attempt.

You don't even state what the AV software is. You need to supply facts !
