I've read how this all in one has problems with drivers, specificall
scanning.
It installs the printer when I connect it, and I can see it as th
default printer, but when HP director is running and I go to sca
picture an error msg comes up- "error communicating with device. pleas
ensure that the device is connected properly"
what is up??
