I keep receiving a message similar to works cannot open c: documents and
settings/owner/local settings/temperaryinternet files/content IES/ then the
file I am trying to open. File may be in use by another application file
format, may not be supported by any of the installed converters or file may
be corrupt.

What is wrong and what do I do to fix it?
