FBAProcessDLLsInOrder failed! |

After doing the normal steps to make a XPe bootable image on the target
embedded PC, FBA runs and I get the following at the end of the
fbalog.txt file:
11:23:17 AM - [FBAFlushFilesToDisk] FlushFileBuffers(D:\) succeeded!
11:23:17 AM - [FBADoReboot] Sleeping...
11:23:27 AM - [FBADoReboot] Exiting process...
11:25:42 AM - [FBASetProgressText] Resetting Setup Flag...
11:25:42 AM - [DoFBA] FBAProcessDLLsInOrder failed!
11:26:02 AM - [FBASetProgressText] Resetting Setup Flag...
11:26:02 AM - [DoFBA] FBAProcessDLLsInOrder failed!
Further in there is :
11:23:08 AM - [FBARegQueue: DllRegisterServer]
D:\WINDOWS\System32\activeds.dll (Error: 0x80040154)
and
11:23:09 AM - [FBARegQueue: DllInstall]
D:\WINDOWS\System32\userenv.dll (Error: 0x80040154)
when FBA finally finishes I get what looks like a command prompt in
windows/system32 and that's about it.
Anyone any clues as to what I'm doing wrong?
